1. CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the agreement between the user and ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş regarding the services provided on https://soulpath.app and its related domains. These services are accessible via the Soulpath mobile application (hereinafter, the “APP”).

The APP offers users a seamless and personalized mindfulness experience, including:

  • Guided meditations
  • Immersive sleep soundscapes
  • Daily affirmations and mindfulness exercises
  • Relaxation techniques and breathwork sessions

By accessing and using Soulpath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of Contract. It is recommended that users review these conditions carefully before using the APP or subscribing to any services.

By accepting these terms, the user confirms that:

✔ They have read, understood, and agreed to the terms.
✔ They are legally capable of entering into contracts.
✔ They accept all obligations outlined in this agreement.

These conditions apply indefinitely and may be updated periodically by ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş. Users are responsible for checking for updates before subscribing to services.

3. WHO CAN USE SOULPATH?

Soulpath services are accessible through Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).

By downloading and using the APP, the user confirms they are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts.

If we detect or receive information that a minor has subscribed to any paid services, we will take immediate action to terminate the account and refund payments if applicable. Please report such instances to support@soulpath.app.

The Terms & Conditions of Contract are available in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancies between translations, the English version will take precedence.

4. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

This agreement governs the subscription and usage of the Soulpath APP, including access to:

✔ Personalized meditation programs
✔ Sleep sounds & guided relaxation
✔ Daily mindfulness exercises & affirmations
✔ Breathwork and stress relief techniques

The full Premium experience is available through monthly, annual, or lifetime subscription plans.

5. HOW TO ACCESS SOULPATH?

Users can search for Soulpath in the app stores or download it through direct links on https://soulpath.app.

First-time setup:
  • Users may be asked to provide optional personal details (e.g., name, interests, mood).
  • They can configure reminders & notifications based on their preferences.
  • Users receive free access to limited content before subscribing to the Premium version.
Subscription Plans:

Users can upgrade to Soulpath Premium through the following options:
✔ Monthly Plan
✔ Annual Plan
✔ Lifetime Plan

Payments are securely processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on the user’s device.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All pricing for Soulpath Premium is displayed within the APP and app stores. Prices may vary depending on:

  • Regional taxes (e.g., VAT)
  • Discounts or promotional offers
  • Subscription duration (monthly, annual, or lifetime)

  • Other options as provided by Google Play Store or Apple App Store

Users must ensure they are aware of applicable pricing and taxes before purchasing a subscription.

Price Changes:
  • Subscription prices may change over time.
  • If a price increases, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
  • If the user does not agree with the new pricing, they may cancel their subscription before the next billing period.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Subscription Cancellation:

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

💡 Example:

  • If you have a monthly subscription, you may cancel anytime, but your access will continue until the end of that billing period.
Trial Period & Withdrawal Rights:
  • Soulpath may offer a 3-day free trial for new users.
  • Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • Once the paid subscription starts, no refunds will be provided.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:
✔ Use the Soulpath APP for personal and lawful purposes.
✔ Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
✔ Not share their account with third parties.

🚫 Users must not:
❌ Copy, modify, or resell Soulpath content.
❌ Violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.
❌ Use the app for commercial purposes without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş is not responsible for:
❌ Technical issues or interruptions beyond our control.
❌ Unauthorized access due to user negligence.
❌ Loss of data caused by external malware or cyber-attacks.

Users agree to use Soulpath at their own risk.

10. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

📍 For users in Turkey: Legal matters are governed by Turkish law under the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.

📍 For international users: Legal matters will be handled according to the laws of their country of residence.

📍 For EU users: Disputes can be submitted to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
