These Terms and Conditions regulate the download, access, and use of the Soulpath mobile application (hereinafter, the “APP”), owned by ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş. The application is available to users free of charge on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) and can also be accessed through our website https://soulpath.app 

By downloading and using Soulpath, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy without reservation.

The Soulpath APP is developed, owned, and operated by ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş, a technology company registered in Turkey with its headquarters located at:

• Daily affirmations and self-growth content
• Breathwork and relaxation techniques

Users can customize their experience, choosing the frequency and type of content they receive on their mobile devices.

Soulpath is available for free download on:
✔ Google Play Store (Android)
✔ Apple App Store (iOS)

4. GETTING STARTED

Upon first launching the Soulpath APP, users may be asked to provide optional information such as:
✔ Name
✔ Gender Identity
✔ Areas of Interest

This data helps personalize the user experience. Additionally, users can configure reminders and notifications based on their preferences.

Soulpath offers:

• A free version with limited content to explore the app.
• A Premium version (monthly, annual, or lifetime plans), unlocking full access to exclusive content. Premium subscriptions are managed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

5. USAGE GUIDELINES

📌 Main Screen: Displays selected mindfulness content, including meditations, affirmations, and sleep sounds. Users can save, share, or favorite their preferred content.

📌 Customization: Users can adjust their language, notification settings, sound preferences, and more through the settings panel.

📌 Categories: Users can filter content based on their interests and create personalized playlists for meditation and relaxation.

📌 Themes & Backgrounds: Customize how the content appears on your screen, selecting fonts, colors, and backgrounds to enhance the visual experience.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content within Soulpath, including meditations, soundscapes, images, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş. Users are not permitted to:

🚫 Modify, copy, distribute, or sell any content
🚫 Use reverse engineering techniques to extract the source code
🚫 Publish or reproduce any content without permission

Unauthorized actions violate copyright laws and may result in legal consequences.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Soulpath allows users to create and share their own:
✔ Affirmations
✔ Meditation reflections
✔ Self-improvement notes

By posting content within the APP, users confirm that:

• They own the rights to their content.
• Their content does not violate any privacy, copyright, or contract laws.

ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1 Data Collection & Usage

ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and process the following data:

12. TERMINATION & MODIFICATIONS

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

📌 For users in Turkey: Disputes will be governed by Turkish law and resolved in Istanbul courts.

📌 For international users: Local data protection laws apply. If a legal dispute arises, it will be resolved according to the user’s country of residence.

📌 EU Residents: In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, users may submit disputes to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Introduction

By downloading or using the Soulpath app, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please ensure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the app, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş in any unauthorized way.

You are also not allowed to reverse engineer, extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app, including all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş.

Ownership & Modifications

ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş is committed to providing a high-quality user experience through the Soulpath app. However, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features or services at any time. If any charges apply for premium services, we will ensure that all costs are clearly communicated to you before any transactions occur.

User Responsibilities & Security

The app may store and process the personal data you provide to improve the service. It is your responsibility to keep your mobile device secure.

• We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this may remove security protections and make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or unauthorized access.
• Unauthorized modifications to your device may also prevent the Soulpath app from functioning correctly

Third-Party Services & Liability

The Soulpath app relies on third-party services, such as:

• Google Play Services
• Apple App Store Services

While we strive to keep the app functional at all times, we cannot be held responsible for:

• The app’s reduced performance due to lack of an internet connection.
• Issues caused by third-party service disruptions.
• Additional charges from your mobile service provider while using the app outside of Wi-Fi zones.
• Roaming charges when using the app in another country.

If you are not the bill payer for your mobile device, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer before using the Soulpath app.

 App Updates & Termination

From time to time, we may release updates to improve the app’s functionality.

• The Soulpath app is available for Android & iOS, and future updates may require you to upgrade your device’s operating system to continue using the app.
• ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all future OS versions.
• If you choose not to update the app, you may lose access to certain features or services.
• We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination of service:
a) All rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will cease.
b) You must stop using the app and delete it from your device if required.

Abuse Prevention & Rate Limiting

Automatic Analysis and Interruption

Our systems actively monitor user activity to prevent abuse or harmful interference with the app. If any suspicious behavior is detected, ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş reserves the right to restrict your access automatically.

Purpose of Rate Limiting

Rate limiting is implemented to maintain server stability and ensure a seamless experience for all users. It helps prevent excessive or unauthorized usage that may affect system performance.

Behavior Detection & Temporary Blocks

• Our system uses advanced algorithms to detect abusive or harmful actions.
• If flagged, your access may be temporarily restricted.
• Any imposed restrictions will be lifted after a certain period, ensuring genuine users can resume normal access.

Compliance

By using our app, you acknowledge and accept that ICI TECH TEKNOLOJI A.Ş may implement automatic security measures, including temporary access restrictions, to protect the integrity of its services.

Refunds & Activity Log Sharing
